If you find that you can’t take a picture in the app, you can still borrow the trailer.
Simply close the box that pops up with “permission denied”. Then click “It is not possible to take a photo”. You can then continue with your pickup or drop-off as normal.
If there are defects on the trailer, click yes to damage and describe the damage in words. Afterwards click “it is not possible to take a picture” again when the app asks for a picture of the damage.
Once you’ve gone through the app, take a picture with your phone and send it to us at info@freetrailer.com so we have a picture of the damage. You don’t need to send pictures of minor scratches or similar signs of wear and tear.
