Should you experience two Freetrailer trailers sharing the same number on the same location, something is wrong. Check the trailer’s license plate and select the one that matches the license plate shown in the app.
Please contact our Customer Service in order to find out what Freetrailer you are suppose to pick up.
The same applies if you suspect something is amiss in regards to the license plate.
