Our Freetrailers are regularly inspected and maintained by our own Trailer Service team. We also use trailers of professional quality. However, damage may occasionally occur as a result of previous use.
If we become aware of serious damage before your rental starts, you will be assigned another trailer.
If you are assigned a trailer with serious damage, please report it during the check-in review in the app. You will then be able to choose another available trailer.
Serious damage means any damage or fault that makes the trailer unsafe to use or prevents you from complying with applicable traffic laws and regulations.
If you discover serious damage after completing the review, please contact us. We will help you find another trailer, subject to availability.
If you discover minor damage or a minor fault after collecting the trailer, please take a photo and send it to us by email. Include your order number as a reference and add a short description of the issue.

If this happens outside our opening hours, please return the trailer in the app and describe the issue there. Then send us an email with your order number as a reference. If any fees are charged as a result of the issue, we will of course refund them.
