How to return when there is a gate?

On select locations, our partners have a gate, which means you have to pick-up and return the Freetrailer within a certain time of day.

It is not possible to return the trailer outside operating hours. If you are delayed, you will have to wait until the next morning, when our partner opens again.

It is not possible to receive a passcode for the gate unless you have received other instructions in a text. 

If your return the Freetrailer at the beginning of the next day, you will not be charged anything, as long as you have extended your booking in our app.

If you leave the Freetrailer outside the gate, you will be charged a fee of DK/SE/NO kr. 300,- or DE €40, as our trailerservice will have to move the trailer back to the correct place.
