The Freetrailer was stolen! What do I do?

You must immediately contact our customer service, and of course report the theft to the police.

If it is outside our opening hours, please send us an email describing the process.

Be aware that whether you have taken out insurance or not, you must pay the deductible.

The deductible is withheld until the Freetrailer has reappeared.

If the theft is due to your intentional or negligent conduct, we may raise additional claims for loss associated with the theft.
