Damage shortly after pick-up?

Did you – shortly after pick up of your Freetrailer – discover a damage or defect on the trailer that you did not report during the collection inspection?

Or have you, upon return, reported a damage that you forgot to register when you picked it up? But now you are getting a bill for that?

If you are not the person that caused the damage, please take pictures of it and send these to our customer service along with a brief explanation.
