Flat tire?
If there is not enough air in the tire, you can fill it with air. The tire should be at 3 bar.
Is the trailer punctured?
If the Freetrailer punctures, disconnect the trailer from the car and pull it in to the side, so that it is legally parked and does not block the way of other road users. Empty and lock the Freetrailer, and then contact Freetrailer’s customer service with information about the incident, location and the like, so we can pick up the trailer.

Please do not return the trailer in the app. We return it after pickup.
It is your responsibility that the trailer is legally parked until collection.
NB! If the trailer is not punctured when our Trailer Service arrives to pick it up, you must pay for the return (hourly rate and driving costs) as well as rent until it is back at the pick-up point.
