New major shareholder in Freetrailer. Axxion S.A has just announced that, on behalf of their underlying funds, they have acquired 500,000 shares in Freetrailer Group A/S. Corresponding to 5.4% of the share capital.
The total value of the transaction is calculated at DKK 5.5 million. The seller is Ambjørner Holding ApS, owned by Freetrailer founder Aksel Blomgren Ambjørner. The investment in Freetrailer was initiated by Discover Capital GmbH.
