Did you return the Freetailer a tad to quickly? If you call our Customer Service within 5 minutes, we can cancel the hand-in.
After 5 minutes, this option is no longer viable, your booking is lost, and you will have to make a new booking.
Please note, on busy days, a Freetrailer may be booked by another customer very quickly.
