Yes, it is possible to use another phone to open the lock of our trailers. When using a different phone, you just have to log into the Freetrailer-app with the account that made the booking. That’s the identifying factor.
The Freetrailer app has to be downloaded on the device. You have to use the phone number and email address that was used to make the booking to login.
