If the trailer lock is lost during your rental period, a replacement fee will be charged:
- Denmark: DKK 1,500
- Sweden/Norway: SEK/NOK 2,250
- Germany/Netherlands: EUR 200
If you find the lock after returning the Freetrailer, please contact us as soon as possible. Send us an email explaining what happened, and we will help you arrange the return of the lock.
Once we have received the lock, we will review the case and help find a suitable solution.
