Standard Bikes
To pick up your bike, please visit the SILVAN store and ask a member of staff to activate your booking. They will also provide you with the bike keys.
When returning the bike, please bring it back to the store and ensure that a staff member registers the return in the system.
Your rental is not considered completed until you have received a return confirmation by email. We recommend waiting for this confirmation before leaving the location.
Cargo eBikes
If you have rented a cargo eBike, you do not need assistance from store staff. Simply open the Freetrailer app and activate the rental according to the instructions provided.
When your rental is finished, follow the return process in the app to complete the rental.
