I can’t return the trailer on time

If you can’t return your trailer in time, please extend your existing booking in the app as soon as possible. 

You can edit your booking until 15 minutes before it expires, if the trailer has not been booked by other customers.

If you return your Freetrailer too late, you will be charged a fee of DKK/SEK/NOK 300, as this affects the following customers negatively. You will furthermore have to pay for each new rental period until your Freetrailer is returned, as well as one insurance per day, if you have chosen to drive with insurance. 

A new rental period begins when the selected return time is passed.
