Damaged trailer

Our Freetrailers are constantly inspected and maintained by our own Trailer service. In addition, we only drive with trailers of professional quality.

There may be damage to the trailer caused by another customer.

If we become aware of a serious injury, you will be assigned another trailer.

If you have been assigned a trailer with a serious injury, you can report it at the review and get another trailer.

If you discover a serious error after the review, you can contact us and we will help you find another trailer if there is one available.

If you discover minor errors after collection, take a picture of the error and send the information to our e-mail:

Use your order number as a reference and a short description of the error.

Outside opening hours, you need to return the trailer in the app and describe the error. Send us an email about this, and we will of course refund any fees. Use your order number as a reference.
