Chairman of the Board Thomas Zeihlund has acquired 40,000 shares in Freetrailer through his company, Riverhorse ApS.
Freetrailer Group A/S today announces that Chairman of the Board Thomas Zeihlund has made a significant investment in the company’s shares.
Going forward, Freetrailer will disclose transactions where senior executives, board members or their close relatives buy or sell shares in the company for a total amount exceeding 20,000 euros.
