If your Freetrailer got stolen, you must immediately contact our Customer Service and report the theft to the police.
If it is outside our opening hours, please send us an email at info@freetrailer.com. Please tell us your bookingnumber and describe the process. You also need to tell us the police case number.
Be aware that whether you have taken out insurance or not, you must pay the deductible.
The deductible is withheld until the Freetrailer has reappeared.
If the theft is due to your intentional or negligent conduct, we may raise additional claims for loss associated with the theft.
