You must return the Freetrailer both physically and in the app.
You can see the exact return time in the rental contract that you have received by e-mail as well as in our in our app.
When you arrive at our partner, open the app and follow the return instructions.
If you cannot return in the app, try restarting your phone. If you do not succeed, contact us.
The Freetrailer is only considered returned when the return has been registered in the Freetrailer app and you have received a return receipt by e-mail. This typically arrives within 10 minutes.
Contact us if you have not received confirmation within one hour of return.
Return in another car or by another person / phone?
If you need to return in another car, let us know at:

Please send reg.nr. (license plate) and use the order number as a reference.
Should another person return, the person must log in to the app with the e-mail and telephone number that the order contains.
