If you regret opting out of the insurance, you can add it up to 1 hour before your scheduled pick-up time.
Adding insurance gives you extra flexibility and helps protect your booking if your plans change before the rental begins.
To add insurance to an existing booking, simply send us an email and include your booking number. Our support team will update your reservation and confirm the change as soon as possible.
Please note that insurance can only be added before the 1-hour deadline. After this point, it is no longer possible to modify the insurance options associated with your rental.

Less than an hour to pick-up?
In this case, you will have to cancel your booking, and make a new one. Please note, on busy days, booking a new trailer can be troublesome, as many of our customers are trying to book a Freetrailer. We cannot guarantee a trailer, if you cancel your booking.
