If a mistake has been made in one of your booking, you can change the booking in our app. If you have made multiple bookings, you can also cancel bookings inside the app.
You can edit or cancel your booking up until 15 minutes before pick-up time.
By cancelling in a timely manner, all costs except the booking fee are removed. There is no right of return for the booking fee.
You can extend the booking period up until 15 minutes before end-time, as long as there is capacity in our system.
If you are unable to cancel your booking, and do not pick up the trailer either, you will be charged with an absence fee (DK/SE/NO: kr. 199, DE/NL: €25) as your booking has prevented others from using the Freetrailer.
