Info about payment and payment errors

It is possible to pay for your Freetrailer by credit or debit card.

For some countries, it is possible to pay by invoice as well. Please see our website for further information.

The agreed amount is reserved for a possible booking. Payment is charged when the rental agreement is completed.

Payment error?
If you experience payment errors, please try again after 10 minutes.

3-D Secure issues?
In order for your payment to be successful, it must either be approved with:

  • The NemID app, MitID or BankID
  • One-time code and password associated with your debit card

Does your card not work?
Sometimes payment errors occur on a credit card. If this happens repeatedly, then please try a different card. We can send you a payment link so you can try it.

If you wish to update your credit card, please contact us after the end of the rental, and we will send you a payment link that you can use to pay with another card.
