If you can’t activate your booking, and it’s between 15 minutes before and 60 minutes after activation time, an error has occured.
Please make sure you are at the right location at the right time.
Another reason could be, if the previous customer is returning late, or we have noticed a damage to one of our trailers shortly ahead of your booking time.
Can’t find your Freetrailer?
Have you been assigned a Freetrailer, but can’t find it? Please expand the search area, as it could be misplaced, and some of our partners are expanding their Freetrailer areas.
The number of the trailer is usually on the front right hand side.
If there is no solution in sight?
Please contact our customer service (blue button below), and we’ll try our best to find a solution.
Worst case scenario, we will have to cancel your booking, and return any applicable costs.
