If the Freetrailer has not returned from previous rental – or it is damaged – Freetrailer is not obliged to provide you with a Freetrailer.
Freetrailer can not be held liable for lost bookings, or for missing Freetrailers at pick-up regardless of the reason for this.
Freetrailer isunder no circumstances liable for operating losses, profit losses or other indirect losses with you or third parties.
Freetrailer is not liable for any damage the Freetrailer may cause to your car or its electrical system.
Freetrailer is not liable for any damage the trailer may cause to you or any third party.
Freetrailer assumes no responsibility for damage that may occur to cargo in the Freetrailer or theft of goods from the Freetrailer. Goods are covered by your own home contents insurance.
