To rent and use a Freetrailer, you must comply with the following requirements:
- You are fully responsible for ensuring that the Freetrailer is towed by a vehicle that is legally approved and suitable for towing the trailer.
- You are responsible for ensuring that the towing vehicle has the required liability insurance covering the tow hitch and trailer use, in accordance with applicable local regulations.
- You must hold a valid Category B driving licence (or an equivalent licence that permits you to tow the trailer).
- You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Freetrailer complies with all applicable traffic laws and regulations.
- The Freetrailer may only be driven by the renter and any additional driver(s) specified in the rental agreement.
- You may not sublet, lend, or otherwise transfer the Freetrailer to a third party.
- The Freetrailer must not be used to transport people or animals.
- The Freetrailer may not be used for political, religious, or other promotional activities without prior written approval from Freetrailer.
