In the vast majority of cases, a booking means you will find your Freetrailer waiting for you at the desired time.
However, it does not mean that a Freetrailer is guaranteed for you. This can be due to circumstances that make it impossible for us to provide a trailer.
If the Freetrailer has not returned from the previous rental – or it is damaged – Freetrailer is not obliged to provide you with a Freetrailer.
Freetrailer can not be held liable for lost bookings or missing Freetrailers at pick-up. This is regardless of the underlying reason.
Freetrailer is under no circumstances liable for operating losses, profit losses or other indirect losses with you or third parties.
Freetrailer is not liable for any damage the Freetrailer may cause to your car or its electrical system.
Freetrailer is not liable for any damage the trailer may cause to you or any third party.
Freetrailer assumes no responsibility for damage that may occur to cargo in the Freetrailer or theft of goods from the Freetrailer. Goods are covered by your own home contents insurance.
