Server not responding

Most common mistakes: 

Wrong login or server error 26:
If the app says “email or phone number is incorrect”, it’s often because you’ve entered either the wrong email or phone number – or entered the wrong email or phone number on the order itself when booking. It is therefore a good idea to check the booking confirmation email.

It may also be because you are in the wrong country. The customer should therefore check whether there is a Danish flag under ‘Country’ at the bottom of the login page. If there is another country, click on the country and change it.

Noke Native error
If you get this message, there is a problem with the lock.

It may help to hold your thumb on all three buttons at the bottom of the lock for 30 seconds. Grasp the lock firmly and shake it when the app says you can open the lock.

Servererror 11
This appears when the app needs an update. This can be fixed by updating or reinstalling the app.

Servererror 12
This server error is due to lack of internet coverage. This may be due to the internet being turned off or no coverage. If you are in a car park, the concrete walls can cause problems.

The best advice is to turn the internet off and on or get out of the underground car park.

Servererror 13 
This is a bug that causes a problem on the map. If you click on list instead of map in the app, it still works.

Advice for resolution

Most of the time, restarting your phone solves the issue. Please make sure, you have the latest update of our app installed.

After rebooting, please wait 5 minutes, and try again.
