How to return when there is a gate?

On select locations, our partners have a gate, which means you have to pick-up and return the Freetrailer within a certain time of day.

It is not possible to return the trailer outside operating hours. If you are delayed, you will have to wait until the next morning, when our partner opens again. Please extend the rent in the app, otherwise a late fee will be charged in addition to the hourly rental rate.

It is not possible to receive a passcode for the gate unless you have received other instructions in a text. 

If you leave the Freetrailer outside the gate, you will be charged a fee of DK/SE/NO kr. 300,- or DE/NL €40,- as our trailerservice will have to move the trailer back to the correct place.
