If a mistake has been made in one of your booking, or you made multiple bookings, you can always see and change the booking in our app.
You can edit your booking up until 30 minutes before pick-up time, or cancel it, right up until pick-up time.
By cancelling in a timely manner, all costs are removed, except the booking fee, for which there is no right of return.
You can extend the booking period up until 15 minutes before end-time, as long as there is capacity in our system.
If you are unable to cancel your booking, and do not pick up the trailer either, you will be charged with an absence fee (DK/SE/NO: kr. 199, DE: €25) as your booking has prevented others from using the Freetrailer.
