Freetrailer uses Frisbii as its payment solution provider. Frisbii is SSL compliant and PCI certified. This means that your payment information is securely handled and protected according to high security standards.
When renting a trailer from Freetrailer, we use SSL encryption to ensure that communication between you, Freetrailer and Frisbii is encrypted. This also ensures that only Frisbii can access your credit card information.
Please note that we are required to retain certain customer information for five years due to legal requirements related to reporting, taxation and other regulatory obligations.
When do you charge my card?
Your payment card is registered when you make a booking. When you return the Freetrailer, we will charge your card, where applicable, for the booking fee, insurance and any costs related to damage, theft, additional rental time or late return.
The charge is made once. However, we reserve the right to make additional charges for any parking fines and/or major damage that requires further investigation.
