There are strict rules of how fast you can drive with a trailer.
The rules for Freetrailers are as follows:
Max 80 km/h on the highway
Max 70 km/h on country roads
Max 70 km/h in the urban zone (depending on signage). NOTE In most cities there is a speed limit of 50 km/h.
You must at all times follow the traffic rules.
In Sweden, Denmark, Norway and the Netherlands, all our trailers have inertia brakes.
In Germany, some of our trailers currently do not have inertia brakes (and therefore have a max. total weight limit of 750 KG). You can find more info about our trailers in Germany here: Anhängertypen
