Here you’ll learn how to unhitch, unhook, dismount, or disconnect a trailer.
You first disconnect the light by unplugging the power cable from the car’s power socket. Then put the power plug in its place on the trailer.
Disconnect the safety cable from the car. Then lower the jockey wheel and use it to lift the trailer off the car’s towbar. Disconnect the trailer from the car and roll it into place.
Remember to apply the handbrake!
