You can make changes to your booking up to 30 minutes before pickup and up to 15 minutes before it expires.
You can extend your current rental and changes in your booking in our app.
You can change the date, time and pick-up location 30 minutes before your booking starts, if there’s available capacity. If you want to pick it up earlier, you can change to the hour ahead. If there is available capacity, you can pick up your Freetrailer 15 minutes before your booking starts.
Cancel reservation
You can cancel your reservation up until 15 minutes before pick-up time. Please remember that the reservation fee is non-refundable. If you don’t pick up your trailer canceling your reservation, you will be charged a non-refundable no-show fee.
Are you late for pick up and has your rental period started?
Contact our customer service, if you are unable to pick up your Freetrailer within one hour of the beginning of the rental period.
