Did you receive a text message (SMS) from us, but did not book a Freetrailer?

Sometimes one of our customers types in an incorrect phone number, and the booking confirmation is therefore sent to the wrong person. If you receive a text message from us that includes a booking confirmation, but didn’t book a freetrailer, please contact us.

Please state in the email that you didn’t order and please type in your phone number, as this is our only tool for finding the correct customer and removing your number from our system.
