In all Freetrailers you can find a copy of the registration certificate of the specific trailer.
In most moving (closed) trailers, it sits on the inside of the door. If it is not inside the trailer, it is in a black plastic tube in the steel structure at the front of the trailer.
If you can’t find the registration certificate but need it, please don’t hesitate to call our costumer service.
If you need it outside of our opening hours because you got stopped in a police control stop and it isn’t in the described places, please do the following: Please document with pictures that the registration certificate was missing. Include at least one picture with the number plate visible. Send us an Email describing the issue, attach the pictures and also always include your booking / reference number. We will then contact you on the during the next opening hours to try and help you solve the issue.
