During peak periods (weekends and holidays) you can experience very few or none of our trailers are available. If you’re attempting to book the same day or the next, you might experience that you can only book for 1 or 2 hours, or perhaps not at all. Even with trailers standing around.
This is not an error, but because all the trailers have been booked for other customers, or the trailer is awaiting repairs.
You can therefore experience getting out to a place where there is a trailer, but the app will not let you book. This is because another customer comes and picks up the trailer within a short period of time.
TIP: We often experience available trailers in the afternoon.
Some customers return ahead of time. If you can wait, try after 2 o’clock, and see if a Freetrailer is available for the evening.
