Invoices will be send out via email within two weeks. Please check your email to see if you have received it.
Norway and Sweden:
When you choose to pay by invoice through Riverty you will be invoiced app. 3 days after your Freetrailer has been returned and your booking has been completed in the app.
Riverty will send you the invoice in an email with a link to https://my.riverty.com/ where you can choose to pay as a traditional invoice or select alternative payment methods such as card or direct payment.
You can easily and conveniently get a complete picture of your current and future invoices by logging in to https://my.riverty.com/.
Please make sure that the email from Riverty with the invoice does not get stuck in your spam filter. Reminders are always sent by post.
Please note that when selecting an invoice, a micro-information will be performed to ensure your creditworthiness. However, this does not affect your credit rating.
