eBike at Silvan:
In order to pick up the bike, you need to enter the Silvan store and have your booking activated by the Silvan staff. They will also hand over the keys.
Upon returning, please return to the store and make certain delivery is registered in the system.
Your rental has not been completed, until you receive a confirmation by email.
Cargo eBike:
Did you borrow one of our cargo eBikes? Just go to the app and activate it.
