There is no system for collecting forgotten valuables from our trailers.
If you forgot something, please contact the partner where you borrowed the Freetrailer. If the item(s) aren’t lost, they will often be handed in at the partner location.
Our Customer Service has no information on these issues, and are unfortunately unable to assist you, in regards to lost items.
