Our app has been updated to now include user profiles. This means that you can save your information (payment method, registration number, and driver’s license number) to make it even easier to borrow a Freetrailer in the future.
Note: In our previous app, we did not have user profiles. So, you need to create a user account – even if you have used Freetrailer before.
To create a user account, click on “Create account”. You will then see this screen:
You can then log in and view your previous bookings, upcoming reservations, or make a new booking.
Booked via our website? On our website, you can book without creating a profile. If you can’t log in, try creating a new user account.
