How to be covered in the event of an accident
Comprehensive damage to the rented trailer
The insurance covers damage to the rented trailer that may occur during use. This ensures that you are not liable for high repair costs.
Theft of the rented trailer or bike
If the trailer or bike is stolen during the rental period, the insurance covers the loss. You only pay the deductible and avoid major financial responsibility.
Comprehensive damage to the rented e-bike
This cover applies to accidental damage to the rented e-bike. You are protected against unforeseen costs if something goes wrong.
Own deductible
In the event of damage or theft, the excess is the fixed amount you have to pay yourself. The rest is covered by the insurance, so you don’t have to foot the entire bill.
