Freetrailer Group A/S hereby announces that the date of the company’s Annual General Meeting has been changed from 29 April 2026 to 7 May 2026 at 16:00 CET.
The change has been made to accommodate a more appropriate timing for the Annual General Meeting.
The formal notice convening the Annual General Meeting will be published separately in accordance with applicable rules and the company’s articles of association. The financial calendar and the information available on the company’s website will be updated accordingly.
