The trailer must be empty, clean and ready for the next customer to use the trailer.
Do not leave things in the trailer. If you have driven with gravel, plaster, garden waste or anything else that leaves traces, sweep the trailer. If you have spilled something, wipe it up. In addition, the trailer must not smell bad, and it is highly forbidden to transport animals, humans or poison.
If the trailer is not ready for use by the next customer, you will be charged a cleaning fee (DK: kr 500,- SE: kr 650,- NO: kr 600,- DE: €60).
As a rule, the trailer does not need to be cleaned on the outside. If you have run through dirt that has made the number plate invisible, please wipe it, so the number plate is visible again.
If your Freetrailer is not clean enough for use, when you pick it up, please contact our customer service, who can help you switch to another trailer.
Outside opening hours, you have to return the trailer and send us an email, and we will refund any fees. Use your order number as a reference and always attach pictures where the number plate is visible.
