You can pick up your Freetrailer 15 minutes before your rental period starts, if the trailer has been returned by the previous customer. You will only be allocated a specific trailer upon collection.
Please note that the reservation will be deleted if the trailer is not picked up within 45 minutes and you will be charged a no-show fee. Remember to change your booking as soon as possible if your plans change to avoid the fee and keep your reservation.
You can change or cancel your booking up to 15 minutes before the pick-up time. If you cancel the booking, any insurance and rental periods purchased will be refunded. The booking fee is non-refundable.
