About the position

We are looking for a Swedish-speaking Team Leader for our Swedish customer service team. The department already has a Team Leader, but due to our rapid growth in Sweden, we need a dedicated Team Leader to focus on our Swedish customer service specialists. You will play a key role in ensuring every customer receives a superior and positive experience.

Your profile

– You are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
– You speak and write fluent Swedish. Knowledge of Danish, Norwegian or German is an advantage.
– Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not a requirement.
– You have a positive attitude.
– You are technically knowledgeable and have good technical understanding.
– You enjoy working together and are a team player.
– You can work under pressure and have a positive performance drive.
– You are skilled at motivating and engaging your team.

Areas of responsibility

The role involves a mix of the following tasks:
Customer Service: Engaging with customers via email, chat and phone to ensure outstanding service.
Streamlining procedures: Developing and improving work processes and procedures to optimize the performance of the customer service team.
Onboarding new team members: Be involved in the recruitment process and welcome and introduce new employees to the team.
